The last two weeks have been a hurricane with everything happening so fast and in such a large scale that, honestly, we were not prepared for. If the hotel didn’t close down during our stay, I would probably give it 4 stars as it was super clean, modern and the skyline was absolutely gorgeous!!!!

But apart from that it’s a lovely hotel!

Great stay for being out in London, will definitely stay again. At this point, I’m so frustrated because I wanted a stress-free vacation in NYC. Had this been the other way round, they would have bit my hand off and been very quick to charge the £85 extra as I was swapping to a high demand night, but other way round and it was very much a case of tough luck.... we’ve got your money now.
