Good location to get to the city centre (5 blocks), but all uphill on the way back.
Beautiful interior finishes. We payed ( in March) 53 USD per night for a 2 persons bedroom with 2 big beds and breakfast. I was also able to relax in the lobby for a couple of hours before booking in and after booking out while I was waiting for connecting flights/cruise etc. The room was great very comfy.
