The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a nice restaurant in the lobby area if you want to get a meal. This hotel is very close to times square, rocker-feller center, and other touristy places. Hyatt Centric is located literally steps from Time Square. We went mostly out of convenience reasons as we had an early start one day. I really enjoyed the location of this hotel in the middle of everything and near Times Square and  the bustling NYC streets.
