Our treatments were wonderful and the therapists were very pleasant. The pool has a stone and grass surround with lounge areas, while the nearby back deck offers outdoor grilling and dining space. Very good, can't fault it. Beds outside were full most of the day with people reserving bed with towels but then not using them, we were informed by reception that we were allowed to remove towels from beds that were left for a while and send the people to reception.Only a few minor factors which stop me giving this full marks (we normally go to Ribby Hall so our expectations were very high), firstly there is only one water fountain for drinks and the water pressure was more of a mere trickle, not good when waiting for a group of people to fill their cups. Our food was amazing and the drinks delicious, shame about the service!! We had treatments booked for 3pm so at 2.45 we went in search of staff to ask for our desserts to be served.

Just returned home from a spa day with a friend. I believe a bar will be open next week for the outside area (at the moment, drinks/food available from the upstairs restaurant)As it was a hot day, the inside of the spa was very quiet and we had free roam of the steam rooms. Sleeps up to 30 in 9 Bedrooms  - Bar - Indoor Pool & Jacuzzi - Outdoor Hot Tub - Games Room. By the time we left at 5pm it was basically a pool party. I have used Spas in many five star hotels all around the world and this place is a secret I never knew about until a friend suggested I try it. At 1.30 we asked if we could have our lunch on the patio area and were happy to hear that we could.
