Richard Harrow Richard Harrow is a former Army sniper whose face was severely disfigured in World War I. Harrow was a sniper in the US Army during World War I. Richard was a sharpshooter in the US Army during World War I. He was badly disfigured during the war, losing his eye, upper jaw and most of the cheekbone on the left side of his face. He has also suffered some throat damage which causes him to speak in a low, muffled voice.

He died once in the war, because when he returned from all the chaos, he wasn't himself. He excelled as a sniper in the Great War, and now he’s using those skills to make a living for himself.
