Shil, August 2019, The weekend before lockdown we were fortunate enough to have the most amazing family weekend celebrating my mums 90th birthday. The booking was very easy, we were accommodated for every request we made. It couldn't have been a more perfect venue for a family holiday and wedding in one. The kitchen was ginormous and well stocked with pots, pans etc.

Equally the reception rooms are generous and the gardens perfect for toddlers. We all agreed that the house was so fit for purpose, so many rooms for people to enjoy and filled with incredible pieces of furniture, art work and fun objects. Thank you for suggesting Clean Plate Catering. Ginnette the lady that met us at the house to explain everything, was a lovely, friendly and extremely efficient member of the team at The Manor. All in all our stay was amazing and we would highly recommend this house to anyone! A great place for a party weekend and for our group a very happy memory that will last forever. If you are looking for a venue for a family celebration then New Forest House is perfect. If you do happen to venture outside the gates, it’s located close to Franklin Canyon Park, which is famous for doubling as the spooky woods in the original Twin Peaks. We had an amazing weekend and it would definitely be something I would consider doing again. The owners have obviously put so much thought into the house and there was nothing that we wanted for.
